SURVEY PARTY CHIEF
Location: Bellevue, WA
Experience:3+ years

Join an established Washington firm in a thriving community. CTS Engineers, is currently accepting applications from experienced Party Chiefs.

We require candidates with advanced knowledge of field procedures & practices such as traversing, monument search & ties, topographic mapping, ALTA survey mapping, construction staking & leveling.

Party Chiefs will manage a crew of field technicians during day-to-day operations with minimal over-site from a PLS. Applicants must be experienced instrument operators. Familiarity with Trimble for GPS and Leica instruments are a plus. An LSIT certification and AutoCAD familiarity also a bonus. Also, open to talking to candidates that are currently experienced chainman or junior crew chiefs looking for advancement.

Transportation Engineer
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Experience: 1+ years

Transportation Engineer II. Qualified applicant must possess a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering or foreign equivalent; EIT certificate; and one year of related work experience in traffic/transportation engineering including analysis, planning, design, and preparing full set of PS&E plans and one year of experience in Synchro and AutoCAD. Experience should also include traffic impact studies, intersection design, corridor studies and traffic signal design. Experience can be gained concurrently.

Applicant will perform intersection designs, traffic signal plans, roadway improvement plans, and interchange designs. Prepare transportation analysis and plans including traffic impact studies, intersection analysis, traffic demand modeling, and transit feasibility studies. Resume and cover must reflect every listed requirement or it will be rejected.
