LAND SURVEYOR
Location: Bellevue, WA
Experience: 2 years +

The duties include: Prepare accurate survey calculations for various projects including but not limited to roadway construction, bridges, field data reductions, land boundary and section breakdowns. terrain modeling, quantity calculations, and mapping. Perform field works and prepare survey maps for boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, record of surveys, legal descriptions, exhibit maps, construction surveying calculations, as-built record drawings, and similar tasks.

Requirements:

Professional Land Surveyor, having or capable of obtaining a Washington State License within one year; B.S. in Geodetic Engineering, Geomatic Engineering or Land Surveying; 2 years of experience; AND proficiency in AutoCAD Land Development Desktop.
